ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research are to find out the soundness and the profitability of Bank CIMB Niaga and Bank Lippo before the acquisition in the period of 2005-2007, to find out the soundness and the profitability of Bank CIMB Niaga after the acquisition in the period of 2009-2011, and finally to find out whether a-synergy-effect after the acquisition. The main of analysis utilized in the secondary data processing is CAMEL ratios which based on the assessment of bank soundness established by Bank Indonesia. This research is using eight ratios representing each factor in CAMEL (CAR, NPL, NPM, ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO, and LDR. These ratios were compared with the criteria established by Bank Indonesia in relation to the soundness of conventional banks. In order to find out the synergy effects, this research was comparing the bank’s financial statements and Book Value per Share (BVPS) before and after the acquisition. The result indicates that the soundness and the profitability of Bank CIMB Niaga and Bank Lippo are categorized good and profitable before the acquisition. After the acquisition, the soundness and the profitability of the banks are categorized very good and profitable.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of (1) relationship effort on relationship outcome, (2) relationship effort on transaction satisfaction, (3) customer satisfaction on relationship outcome, (4) relationship outcome on customer retention, (5) transaction satisfaction on customer retention, and (6) relationship effort on customer retention. This is an associative research using purposive sampling amount 140 respondents. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM).The result shows that (1) relationship effort has no effect on relationship outcome, (2) relationship effort has effect on transaction satisfaction, (3) relationship effort has no effect on customer retention, (4) transaction satisfaction has no effect on relationship outcome, (5) transaction satisfaction has no effect on customer retention, and (6) relationship outcome has effect on customer retention.  this research suggests: (1) for the next research is better using another object which different from food oriented supermarket or commontly modern retailer (2) the next research can extend the factors which can have an effect on customer retention, and (3) to explore the relationship effort implementation on organization in this research will be interest cause kind of the responden perception which cannot be limited the indicator.

ABSTRACT
This study is aimed to determine the factors that affect nursing supervision in Islam Siti Hajar Hospital Mataram. This research is a descriptive case study. Data collected by census method. The results show that: (1) the perception of supervisee and the supervisee assessment of the process have a positive relationship; (2) the perception of supervisee and organizational factor have a positive relationship; and (3) organizational factors and the supervisee assessment of the process also have a positive relationship. This study gives an indication the need for efforts to improve supervision in RSI Siti Hajar Mataram in order to improve service processes, the need for a rigorous selection process for new nurses in order to facilitate the process of supervision, and also the need for the lines of authority and a clear assignment between the supervisor and the head of the room.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to know the influence factors of work environment to performance of employee at Siti Hajar Mataram Islamic Hospital. Result of the research is expected to improve knowledge of researcher as well as to provide information for officials in making policy, mainly concern in work environment. This is a descriptive research using sample survey method. Total of respondent is 114 out of 190 staffs of the hospital management. The independent variables consist of 9 work environment variables and dependent variable is work motivation. Data were collected through interview and documentation. Regression is utilized to analyse the data through using Statistic Software aplication. The result shows that simultaneously, the independent variables have significant influence on work motivation. Partially, there are three variables of work environment which have significant influence on work motivation. Those are air circulation, voice and social relationship. The most dominant variable is air circulation. It is recommended to pay much more attention on the work environment, mainly on the dominant factor.

ABSTRACT
Initial Public Offering (IPO) is one of corporate action. IPO occurs when security is sold to the general public for the first time, with the expectation that a liquid market will develop. The purpose for go public firms, in most cases, is to raise equity capital for the firm and to create a public market. The phenomenon of initial public offering is the offering price that is generally underpriced. The purpose of IPO underpricing is to attract investor to gain abnormal profits. However there is a problem if IPO is underpriced, which is a pre-issue stockholder are worse off because their wealth has been diluted. Even though IPO are generally underpricing, however there are some question about it, which are: (1) why IPO underpricing happened, and: (2) who benefits from IPO underpricing?

ABSTRACT
The objective of this study is to examine the effects of the quality of information system, the quality of information, and perceived usefulness on end-user of accounting software satisfaction. This research reuses the instruments developed by Doll and Torkzadeh (1988) and modifies information system success model from DeLone and McLean (1992) and Seddon (1997) using confirmatory factor analysis. The primary data were collected by questionnaires distributed to the users of SIMDMA v 2.1.; an accounting software used by Government of Mataram City to run its accounting cycle. This research uses Partial Least square technique the data and the results indicate that information system quality statistically having significant affects on perceived usefulness but not significantly affecting end-user satisfaction. The Information quality is not significant in affecting the perceived usefulness but significantly affecting the end-user satisfaction. The Perceived usefulness affects the end-user satisfaction as well as the satisfaction affects the Perceived usefulness. Finally, the results also indicate that the instruments developed by Doll and Torkzadeh (1988) have a good validity and reliability to measure the end-user computer satisfaction (EUCS).

ANALISIS KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP PELAYANAN PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH PATUT PATUH PATJU LOMBOK BARAT

ABSTRACT
The title of this research is”The Analysis of Patient satisfaction of Health service at Rumah Sakit umum Daerah (Regional General hospital) Patut patuh Patju West-Lombok”The research question asking about patient satisfaction to health service (Physical evidence tangibles,reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) at RSUD Patut Patuh Patju West-Lombok . This is a descriptive research. The sample selected using purposive sampling method. The sample consists of 50 respondents that have been taken care at RSUD Patut Patuh Patju for 1x24 hours within the age of 15 to 44 years. The data collected using questionnaires as its tool. The quetionnaires comprise of 5 (five) dimension of health services quality with 15 (fifteen) attributs.the hypothesis of this research is” it is predicted that patients are satisfie   at RSUD Patut Patuh Patju West-lombok” RSUD Patut Patuh Patju West Lombok that from 15 attributes aforementioned, patient declare that the services is less than good, the conclusion reflected by consumers satisfaction index which is  0,91.According to the explanation and discussion during this research, it has shown that the patient of RSUD Patut Patuh Patju west lombok less satisfied to the health services given by RSUD’ staff. The result shows that the actual performance with the expection of patient equal to 0,91 stated, it is less than good. This result aligned with its index of consumer satisfaction.

ABSTRACT
This research aims at examining level of website development as part of e-government in West Nusa Tenggara Local Government. Besides that, this research aims at examining the effects of organization culture, infrastructure, human resources, and leadership (including budget allocation) to level of website development. Data were collected using documentation and questionnaire, distributed to employee in Local Government department in West Nusa Tenggara, which had a website. Data were analyzed using tabulation and ordinal logistic regression. The results show that level of website development in local government still in enhanced level. Partially, human resources influence level of website development. Absence of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and job description for employee concerns with website development, utilization, and maintenance become main problem which influence level of website development.

ABSTRACT
This research was aimed to identify the resistance factors and the solutions for overcoming those factors in the change of university status to become BLU. The research was designed as a case study and qualitative explanatory research at IAIN Mataram. The data was collected by using a triangulation technique such as in-depth interviews, Focus Group Discussion and other sources of information. Data was analysed by using content analysis. The results showed that resistance was occured because of some reasons, namely: economic, fear of the unknown, threat for the existing resources allocation, limited focus of change, selective information processing, habits, and climate of mistrust. The research uncovered some alternative solutions to overcome these resistance factors, which include: communication, participation, education, providing facility and support, and manipulation. More than one solution was identified as the solutions for overcoming each of the resistance factors.

1. Page setup: marjin atas 2,5cm; bawah 2,5cm; kiri 3cm, dan kanan 2,25cm
2. Ukuran kertas: A4.
3. Font standar adalah Book Antiqua (BA) dengan ukuran 11pt.
4. Ukuran font Judul artikel adalah BA 11pt.
5. Setelah judul diikuti dengan nama penulis (tanpa gelar akademik) dengan BA 11pt
6. Instansi, dan keterangan singkat tentang penulis, dicantumkan dengan footnote di halaman pertama artikel dengan menggunakan Times New Roman 10 pt.
7. Inden untuk paragraf adalah 1 cm dan 1 spasi.
8. Total halaman tidak melebihi 20 halaman, termasuk daftar pustaka, dan lampiran (jika ada).
9. Sistematika penulisan untuk Artikel Penelitian setidaknya terdiri atas bagian-bagian: abstract jika ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Abstrak jika ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris, Pendahuluan, Kerangka Teoritis, dan Hipotesis (jika ada). Metode Penelitian, Analisis Data, Pembahasan dan Simpulan, serta Daftar Pustaka.
10. Sistematika Penulisan untuk artikel Konseptual setidaknya terdiri atas bagian-bagian: abstract, Pendahuluan, Isi/Bagian Inti (yang terbagi dalam beberapa subbagian/subjudul jumlahnya tergantung pada kecukupan kebutuhan penulis dalam menyampaikan gagasan/pikirannya), Penutup/Simpulan, Daftar Pustaka.
11. Abstrak dalam bahasa Indonesia untuk tulisan dalam bahasa Inggris dan maksimal terdiri dari 200 kata.
12. Abstrak dalam bahasa Inggris untuk tulisan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan maksimal terdiri dari 200 kata.
13. Untuk artikel yang berbahasa Indonesia, tulisan abstract dicetak miring demikian juga dengan paragraf abstract.
14. Untuk Abstact dalam bahasa Inggris menggunakan Keywords dan dicetak miring.
15. Untuk Abstrak dalam bahasa Indonesia menggunakan Kata Kunci.
16. Kata-kata kunci atau Keywords yang dirasa penting oleh penulis dapat menggunakan bahasa Inggris atau bahasa Indonesia. Banyak Kata-kata kunci atau Keywords minimal empat kata.
17. Gunakan penomoran Arab untuk sub-bagian, dan sub-sub-bagian, misalnya: 1. Latar Belakang atau untuk sub-sub-bagian misalnya 1.1. Tujuan Penelitian.

20. Tabel tidak menggunakan warna. Bila tabel harus berwama, maka gunakanlah gradasi warna gray.
21. Gambar harus dapat direvisi sehingga tidak disarankan copy dan paste gambar dalam format object.
22. Gambar secara keseluruhan menggunakan rata tengah (aligment center). Gambar tidak menggunakan warna. Bila gambar harus berwarna, maka gunakanlah gradasi warna gray. Judul gambar dengan penomoran Arab berurutan sesuai urutan gambar dalam artikel dan diletakan setelah gambar. Sumber gambar disebutkan pada bagian isi yang menjelaskan gambar tersebut. Font dalam gambar adalah Book Antiqua dengan ukuran maksimum 11 pt. Berikut ini contoh penempatan gambar dalam artikel JRM:

23. Rujukan untuk artikel dan buku (buku teks) pada bagian isi artikel, contoh: Kohers, T., Huang, M dan Kohers, N., (2000), atau (Kohers, T., Huang, M dan Kohers, N., 2000), atau Kohers et al., (2000), atau (Kohers et al., 2000). Rujukan untuk working paper dan web site sama dengan rujukan untuk artikel dan buku (buku teks).
24. Penulisan daftar pustaka dengan inden 1 cm setelah baris 1 dan tanpa nomor. Font adalah Book Antiqua 11 point, dengan urutan sesuai abjad.
25. Daftar pustaka harus merujuk pada artikel dan buku terbitan terbaru, dengan usia terbit tidak lebih dari 10 tahun, kecuali untuk kasus tertentu yang mengharuskan penulis merujuk pada artikel dan buku terbitan lama.
26. Daftar pustaka dan rujukan yang tertulis dalam artiketl harus sama, artinya tidak ada rujukan yang di luar rujukan yang tercantum dalam artikel penulis, semua rujukan yang tertulis di daftar pustaka digunakan dan tertulis di artikel.
27. Bila penulis artikel yang dirujuk lebih dari satu, maka untuk penulis pertama dimulai dengan nama belakang, dan nama depan dan atau nama tengah dalam singkatan, dan untuk penulis kedua dan seterusnya nama depan dan atau tengah menggunakan singkatan, diikuti dengan nama belakang.

28. Bila terdapat rumus, maka tidak diperlukan penomoran rumus. Rumus atau karakter yang unik, diketik dengan menggunakan font symbol 12 pt. Misalnya: (3 , a, dan lainnya. Bila memungkinkan rumus dapat diketik dengan bantuan Microsoft Equation.
29. Penulis disarankan merujuk pada 2 atau lebih artikel terbitan JRM sebelumnya.
30. Mohon cantumkan Daftar Riwayat Hidup singkat pada bagian akhir artikel, dengan keharusan untuk mencantumkan nomor telepon/handphone, email, dan alamat korespondensi.
31. Untuk contoh format artikel sesuai pedoman penulisan JRM dapat diperoleh dengan menghubungi kantor Tim Penyunting melalui telepon, fax atau email JRM: jrm.mmunram@unram.ac.id atau jrm.mmunram@gmail.com.

Pedoman Umum Penulisan JRM

Pedoman Umum
1.     Artikel dijamin keasliannya oleh penulis dan tidak pernah dipublikasikan sebelumnya.
2.     Artikel haruslah empirik atau normatif dengan proposisi dan rencana penelitiannya atau konseptual (kajian teoritis) di bidang Manajemen.
3.     Artikel yang masuk ke meja redaksi akan dimasukkan ke dalam proses review dilaksanakan secara blind-review dengan peer group review.
4.     Fee publikasi: Rp150.000
